The bank accepts certificate of time deposit, special savings deposit, regular savings deposit and paluwagan savings deposit. It also accepts regular demand deposit and interest earning checking account with passbook. Some added services offered by the bank are Pera Padala remittance sending and payout both local and international, and SM installment discount card.

The bank offers loans to small and medium enterprises, small farmers and fisherfolks, microfinance borrowers, and accepts motorcycle pledge loans, auto loans.

The bank plans to open more branches in nationwide.
