Reynaldo Saquilayan spent 20 years as an Air Traffic Controller in Dubai. He was able to save enough money to buy several properties in the country. He had no steady source of income when he retired. He returned to the Philippines with the intention of constructing a commercial building; but, his money was not enough. He applied for a loan in Cebuana Lhuillier Bank.

To this day, Reynaldo is thankful to CLB for providing him the means to build his five-door commercial building, which he rents out businesses. With Cebuana Lhuillier Bank, Reynaldo now has a stable source of income in his retirement age.
